Return/Exchange Policy

H&H Sports Protection USA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return or exchange conditions apply.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in new condition with its original packaging and accessories intact. Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange a non-defective item. After 14 days, such returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange Processing

To return or exchange a non-defective product, Please contact us at: 1-626-444-0107. Please make sure you provide your order confirmation number and the item you wish to exchange with if applied. The RMA is only valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the returning box. Returns/Exchange will not be accepted without an RMA.

It takes 1-2 business days after the package received to be processed. It may take up to 7 days to receive your exchanged item. For a refund, please allow 10-14 business days for you to receive it to your original payment account.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning an item. A track-able shipping method is highly recommended. H&H Sports Protection USA will not be responsible for lost shipment.

Discontinued and/or Closeout Items

There are no returns or exchanges on close out or discontinued merchandise. These items are sold “as is” and are “final sale”.
